Salary:

Up to
150,000 THB
depending on experience, capability, and performance.

Additional Compensation:


• Annual one month bonus


• Performance based bonus

Key Responsibilities:


• Train and manage junior / mid-level litigation associates as the team expands


• Strategize and handle civil, commercial, and criminal litigation matters


• Manage hearings, filings, submissions, and court procedures


• Coordinate with corporate and M&A teams on dispute matters


• Provide legal advice directly to clients


• Draft pleadings, submissions, and legal memoranda


• Establish litigation workflows, templates, and processes


• Build a sustainable and scalable litigation practice within the firm

Qualifications:


• Thai lawyer license


• Minimum
6 years of litigation experience
in a law firm


• Broad experience in commercial, civil, and criminal litigation


•
Advanced
English communication
for
written and spoken
work


• Ability to manage cases independently


• Leadership ability and experience supervising junior lawyers


• Comfortable working with international clients and cross border matters

10 to 20 lawyers within the next half year

As a full service firm, we require litigators with broad exposure across civil, commercial, and criminal matters. Candidates with
wide ranging dispute backgrounds
are preferred over narrow specialists.
