OPERATION CUSTODIAN

Job Responsibilities:

Custodian

• Monitor custodian operations, securities or share certificates segregation and safekeeping of clients' assets to corporate actions.
• Handle settlement transaction and corporate action activity of Thai market.
• Handle day to day of custodian such as trading transaction, transfer/ deposit/ withdraw securities, from SET and daily rectified/ resolve if issue occurred.
• Check and verify that all securities/trade transactions are completed, settlements instructions securities positions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with the counterparties, custodian bank, TSD, TCH and other departments to ensure a smooth and follow-up on any discrepancies.
• Reconcile of the trading settlement, deposit and withdrawal and other transactions products such as Equity, Option, Offshore, Onshore etc.
• Review all trade matching reports and ensure all failed trades are promptly resolved.
• Ensure our process and duties comply to Local operating procedure manual, Prospectus, Local Law and Regulation.
• Ensure submit relevant reports to regulators in a timely manner.
• Support change by assisting in devising and implementing improved processes and global entity operations function.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration and finance or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences in Securities (Broker) or Banking Industry.
• Knowledge securities services such as investment securities (Common stock, Bond etc.)
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Good at Microsoft Office skills, especially word and excel.
• Time management skill and good problem solving skills.
