Title: Staff Engineer / Solutions Architect (Provider OS)
Reports to: VP Engineering (and dotted-line to CEO Office for architecture decisions)

Build the operating system for wellness—starting from Thailand, scaling globally.
Aura Wellness is creating a new tech startup to power the next decade of wellness services: aesthetic clinics, spas, longevity/anti-aging clinics, and hospitals. We're building:
- a Provider OS (POS + CRM + analytics + marketing intelligence) that becomes the system of record for providers, and
- a Global booking platform that helps customers choose based on trusted outcomes, transparent pricing, and great service.
This team will work directly under the CEO Office, with fast decisions, direct access to real operating clinics for testing, and a clear multi-year roadmap. If you want to build a real platform with real usage—not slideware—this is it.
What you'll do- Design the core architecture for Provider OS: services, APIs, data model, eventing, integration patterns.
- Define the multi-tenant model, permissioning, audit logs, data retention, and security-by-design.
- Own system "non-functional" requirements: performance, reliability, scalability, observability.
- Lead critical technical decisions: schema design, domain boundaries, integration approach for Aura migration.
- Review designs and code across squads; mentor tech leads and set technical standards.
- Build migration/integration utilities (data mapping, import/export, reconciliation, logs).
- 8+ years building backend systems; demonstrated ability designing end-to-end architecture.
- Strong data modeling skills (payments, invoices, packages, inventory, customer profiles, consent).
- API-first mindset and clean integration patterns.
- Track record preventing rewrites by designing pragmatic foundations early.
- Able to communicate clearly with non-technical leaders and turn business requirements into architecture.
- Experience with POS/payment reconciliation, ERP-style workflows, or healthcare systems.
- Experience with security, privacy controls, and audit requirements.
- Experience with analytics foundations (event taxonomy, metrics layer).
