Job Description
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, network, POS systems, and printers.
- Maintain and manage network systems (TCP/IP), Wi-Fi, switches, and CCTV systems.
- Resolve on-site issues when remote support is not possible.
- Perform on-site support at branches in Bangkok and upcountry areas.
- Provide training and guidance on equipment usage to staff.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Able to communicate and coordinate with branch offices and work outside regular working hours.
- Good command of English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective technical advice.
