Job Description

  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, network, POS systems, and printers.
  • Maintain and manage network systems (TCP/IP), Wi-Fi, switches, and CCTV systems.
  • Resolve on-site issues when remote support is not possible.
  • Perform on-site support at branches in Bangkok and upcountry areas.
  • Provide training and guidance on equipment usage to staff.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate with branch offices and work outside regular working hours.
  • Good command of English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective technical advice.
