Roles and Responsibilities

● Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and business teams to gather and interpret requirements, ensuring that AI solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists, AI engineers, and machine learning engineers, promoting an innovative and results-driven culture.

● Innovation Leadership: Stay at the forefront of the latest developments in data science and foster an environment of innovation, bringing new ideas and technologies to our clients.

● Able to choose the best technology stack that can balance between performance vs cost of operation

● Provide expert guidance on advanced machine learning models, AI algorithms, and their applications, including time-series forecasting, LLMs, chatbots, and recommendation engines. ● Promote best practices in version control, code review, and continuous integration/continuous deployment methodologies.

● Solution Implementation: Collaborate with clients to implement data-driven solutions, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems and processes.

● Oversee the technical architecture for deploying scalable AI solutions, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines.

● Plan resource allocation and project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

● Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

● Consulting Leadership: A minimum of 7 years of experience in data science, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position managing technical teams.

● Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in programming (Python or similar) and advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.

● Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.

● Effective Communication: Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence clients at an executive level.

● Cloud and Database Knowledge: Understanding of Cloud technology and databases (Cloud AWS, Azure, GCP) to facilitate data solutions.
