You will maintain smooth operations by providing administrative support and execution of duties to the highest standards in conjunction with the guidelines and goals set by our Client & JLL.Be agile and step up to the challenges change management, being ever-supportive of client needs.What this job involves:Phone Operationso   Answer and route calls promptly and professionallyo   Manage general email inquirieso   Handle press inquiries and difficult callers appropriately in accordance with the client protocolso   Ensure data protection and information securityVisitor Management & Access Control Supporto   Greet and direct visitors, contractors, and employeeso   Manage sign-in/out procedures and issue temporary passeso   Aid with building and office access, lockers, and meeting room bookingso   Provide personable and efficient visitor registration services.o   Liaise with security for ID Card issuance and recovery as per client process.o   Enhance safety and security of our client's facility by management of visitor movement.o   Assist with the emergency response plan to ensure safety of client and guests when necessary.o   Coordinate with client departments for Help Ticket management and non-routine activitiesConference Meeting Room Bookingo   Assist stakeholders with meeting room bookings to ensure a delightful experience.o   Enhance user comfort by efficient turnaround of meeting rooms for next occupant.Mail Delivery Serviceso   Organize receipt and deliveries of mail and courier services.o   Manage mail distribution records and mail logs.o   Manage incoming and outgoing mailo   Coordinate courier services and maintain business account statusEvent Managemento   Prepare meeting rooms according to business requirementso   Assist with AV system setup and monitor room conditionso   Support event organizers with logistics and equipmentCorrigo / Helpdesk ticket managemento   Liaise with requestor and internal team to get the deliverables aligned.o   Keep a track of CORRIGO tickets that are open through to closure and once closed seek feedback from employees.o   Attempt to elevate the Customer Satisfaction scores with pro-active responses and support.Vendor and Landlord Managemento   Coordinate with Vendor and Landlord if there is any concern in the officeo   Process Vendor Building Permits and send to Landlord for approvalo   Assist Vendor and Landlord as requiredRole Competencies:Competency 1: Experience in Reception ServicesCompetency 2: Communication and Comprehension SkillsCompetency 3: High-analyticalCompetency 4: Proficient in Microsoft and SystemsLocation: On-site –Bangkok, THAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableAt JLL, we harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to efficiently accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities.
