Responsibilities & duties:

● Prepare data-driven reports for global management team - data may be required in formal report, dashboard, presentation, or another format as needed.

● Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, competitor activity, key players and products in food, ingredients,

packaging, film, cosmetic and H&BC industries at regional and international levels.

● Conduct standard business assessment tools including SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's 5 Forces, GAP, stakeholder, Value chain, and others.

● Insights & analytics to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for growth.

● Research and apply critical thinking to industry trends, competitor dynamics and current events to provide relevant business insights.

● Able to provide support on Mergers & Acquisition, JVs, and project feasibility study activities under the groups of company.

● Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to develop and execute on business strategy.

● Prepare Project Feasibility Study reports and present results to management and relevant parties.

● Support Business Growth by driving evidence-based decision making and improve overall quality of business decision making.

● Possess a strong business acumen, demonstrating strategic thinking

● Provide actionable insights that support sales and marketing strategies

● Monitor regulatory and consumer trends impacting the food industry and other upon assignment.

● Collaborate with leadership team, working effectively with internal stakeholders located in Canada, USA, Switzerland, and Thailand

● Manage multiple projects, with competing priorities, and meet deadlines

Skills/Attributes required:

● High competency of English language, both written and spoken

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with financial modeling is a plus.

● Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Self-motivated and results driven.

Qualifications/Experience required:

● Bachelor's degree or higher degree in business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

● Master's degree in business is an asset

● Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis, strategy, investment, financial, business analysis (food or consumer packaged goods industry preferred)

Work hour& Welfare:

● Working 5 days/week from Monday - Friday
