In this position you will…
…be leading a Regional Marketing Team across assigned Asia markets, developing strategies and implementing integrated marketing and communication plans to support business growth across our B2B, B2B2C and D2C channels. The role involves individual contribution as well as people management. You will also have a chance to work closely with cross functional teams both locally and across the Asia region deliver business value and to ensure alignment.
You will be responsible for…
· Manage internal and outsourced marketing team, including marketing and content managers, graphic designers, producers and KOLs to deliver bolttech owned and partner enabled marketing initiatives.
· Build relationships and engage with external partner marketing teams and account stakeholders to understand their vision, needs, objectives, competitive environment and possibilities to deliver partner enabled marketing initiatives.
· Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to support sales growth in line with business targets. Align with internal stakeholders to define goals, partner/customer challenges and pain points, opportunities, and envisioned new thinking solutions
· Create marketing calendars across B2B, B2B2C and D2C channels for brand awareness, lead generation, funnel optimization, customer conversion and customer lifetime engagement. Develop integrated plans across digital, retail, and social; allocate and manage budgets.
· Co-create go-to-to-market strategies and plans for new products, channels or partners. Work closely with various partners and cross-functional teams in identifying target customers and creating suitable concepts.
· Create and document requirements, timelines, and assign responsibilities for campaigns, promotion, events, PR, brand and communication initiatives. Lead execution, quality assure deliverables and coordinate feedback and required iterations to secure approvals from key stakeholders.
· Track and monitor distribution and performance metrics to ensure fulfillment of business objectives. Collect input, generate insights and optimize
· Manage Customer Lifecycle Engagement through purchase, onboarding, retention and renewal to provide excellent customer experience meanwhile optimizing revenues
· Perform, analyze and oversee desktop research, mystery shopping, surveys, interviews and published reports. Understand Online awareness, consumer trends, insights and competitor strategies
· Together with Regional Marketing peers, maintain and cascade a unified marketing framework with best practices and leading concepts across channels. Ensure consistent application across teams and markets.
· Together with Regional Marketing peers, curate and manage a centralized marketing asset library; facilitate cross-border knowledge exchange and share impact-driven lessons learned.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience which covers traditional and digital/social media marketing.
- Understanding of Agile principles and ways of working.
- Strong leader as well as team player with excellent team management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, MOZ, Facebook Business Manager, MailChimp, HootSuite).
- Fluent Thai and English – both written and spoken.
