หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of VRF & Chiller products and routine maintenance independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories.

  • Acts as Pre-Sales Service Engineer to support sales team and customers in on-site Installation & Commissioning as well hand-over all commissioning reports to After Sales Service team to deliver the service to the customers.

  • Consulting with and advising customers on the best Pre-Sales & Post-Sales service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines.

  • Design flow chart control to coordinate between programmer and customer requirement for Temperature and humidity control room, Chiller plan management system and clean room.

  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions.

  • Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews.

  • Identifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment and methods.

  • Some domestic travel will be required, as the role will require hands-on support at customer sites.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or Air-conditioning is a plus.

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in commissioning & services of plant or Air-Conditioning system, working as service engineer, Project Engineer with Air-conditioning (air-cooled/water-cooled equipment), power quality, energy system is a plus.

  • Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of Air-conditioning (air-cooled/water-cooled equipment), power quality, energy system.

  • Current engineering licenses valid in Thailand

  • Ability to travel to domestic and/or international sites.

  • Good in English communication or Chinese communication.
