Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve formulas/products from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct product trials, sensory evaluation, and shelf-life testing.
- Translate market trends and customer requirements into viable product concepts.
- Work closely with production, and QA to ensure smooth scale-up.
- Control raw material specifications and product cost.
- Prepare technical documents, recipes, and production instructions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in bakery or beverage product development.
- Knowledge of bakery and beverage ingredients and processing.
- Experience in formulation, pilot trials, and commercialization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production, QA, and marketing.
- Ability to work in Ayutthaya Province.
