We're a fast-growing global cosmetics brand with a bold, urban DNA — made for the young, expressive, and creative generation. We're looking for a Key Account who brings passion, energy, and fresh ideas to grow our online channels across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and LINE OA.

What You'll Do

  • Drive online sales with smart campaigns, bundles, and platform promotions
  • Manage daily operations: listings, pricing, shop decoration, stock & reviews
  • Support TikTok creators + live selling performance
  • Turn beauty trends into real conversion
  • Work closely with Brand Manager to bring the brand to life online

  • Passionate about beauty + urban youth culture
  • Creative thinker who loves fast-paced e-commerce
  • Hands-on, proactive, and obsessed with results
  • Experience in Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop is a big plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings, pricing, shop decoration & campaigns
  • Execute promotions, bundles, mega sale events, livestream offers
  • Run TikTok Shop & creator/affiliate programs
  • Operate LINE OA (chat response, broadcast, flash deals)
  • Monitor daily sales, conversion, stock & reviews
  • Coordinate with Brand Manager for assets & new launches
  • Prepare weekly & monthly e-commerce reports

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in e-commerce or marketplace operations
  • Familiar with Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Seller Center
  • Strong with numbers, Excel, dashboards
  • Beauty/cosmetics experience is a plus
  • Fast, proactive, detail-oriented, trend-aware
