Management to Engineer team.1.   ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการอาคาร2.  ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการอาคารในการแก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานระบบตามที่ได้รับการร้องเรียนจากผู้เช่า3.  ให้ข้อแนะนำในการปฏิบัติงานแก่ช่างประจำอาคาร4.  ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของช่างประจำอาคารให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนด5.  รายงานผลการดำเนินงานให้ผู้จัดการอาคารรับทราบ6.   จัดให้มีการซ่อมแซม และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ส่วนกลางของอาคารให้อยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ตลอดเวลา7.  ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา ซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ภายในอาคาร8. จัดตารางการทำงานประจำเดือนของช่างประจำอาคาร9. จัดหาอุปกรณ์ และเครื่องมือให้มีใช้งานอย่างเพียงพอ10. จัดตารางการบำรุงรักษาระบบต่าง ๆ ที่ติดตั้งในอาคาร พร้อมทั้งเอกสารการตรวจเช็คระบบ ให้ครบถ้วน 11.จัดหาผู้จำหน่ายสินค้า  Supplier  และเปรียบเทียบราคาอุปกรณ์12.  จัดทำข้อกำหนดการประมูลงาน13.จัดทำเอกสารการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ หรือระบบอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ14.  วิเคราะห์การใช้พลังงานและจัดทำแนวทางในการประหยัดพลังงานและเกิดผลกระทบแก่ผู้เช่าอาคารน้อยที่สุด15.จัดทำ บพอ. 1  และ บพอ. 2 เพื่อส่งต่อกรมอนุรักษ์พลังงานในกรณีที่อาคารอยู่ในข่ายที่จะต้องทำการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน16. ตรวจเช็คและอนุมัติการเข้าทำงานของผู้รับเหมาที่ขออนุญาตเข้าทำงานในอาคาร17. ดูแลให้ช่างปฏิบัติตนอยู่ในระเบียบของบริษัทฯ  ตลอดเวลา 18.จัดทำแผนสำรองฉุกเฉินต่าง ๆ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติของช่างอาคารในกรณีเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน19. มีใบ กว.Location: On-site –Bangkok, THAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
