Senior Leader, Revenue Management

Job purpose
Drive sustainable revenue growth and forecasting accuracy across a diversified portfolio of digital products. This role focuses on enhancing revenue predictability, uncovering new growth opportunities, and establishing strong governance and analytics frameworks. Operating at the intersection of digital product development, commercial strategy, and financial planning, the mandate is to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions that support the organization's continued digital expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Performance & Forecasting
- Own end-to-end revenue performance management for digital product portfolios, identifying growth opportunities, revenue drivers, risks, and underperformance areas
- Lead weekly and periodic revenue projections in collaboration with digital product stakeholders, providing data-backed insights and constructive challenge to assumptions
- Oversee revenue forecasting, target setting, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with strategic and financial objectives
- Review, reconcile, and validate revenue booking items to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across business units
Business Analysis & Strategic Insights
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret key commercial and financial KPIs to evaluate business performance and inform decision-making
- Conduct deep-dive business, customer, and market analyses, including customer behavior, segmentation, and market trends, to support strategic initiatives
- Deliver standardized management reporting as well as ad-hoc analyses in response to evolving business needs and leadership requests
Data Management, Reporting & Visualization
- Ensure ongoing data validation, extraction, and quality checks to maintain consistency and reliability across reporting outputs
- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau, integrating multiple data sources
- Define and manage data structures that support analytical and business requirements, ensuring data integrity and historical tracking for trend analysis
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a strong performance culture and high standards of analytical excellence
- Continuously improve analytical processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Digital Business Units, Finance, and Technology teams, to support strategic planning and operational execution
Qualification and Experience
- Commercially driven analytics leader with 5-10+ years' experience in revenue management, commercial analytics, or business performance roles
- Strong exposure to digital products, subscription-based, or telecom-style business models.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights
- Hands-on capability with Excel, SQL, and modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Experience leading or developing analytical teams is strongly preferred
