Luxury Property Agent (Client Experience Focus)

About the Role

This is not a classic "sales job."

This role is about client experience, communication, trust, and premium service.

If you have a pleasant voice, calm confidence, good manners, and enjoy communicating with people — we will teach you real estate from zero and help you grow into a Luxury Property Agent.

Previous real estate experience is not required.

We are a boutique real estate agency based in Koh Samui.

We work with villas and investment properties, focus on transparency, due diligence, and long-term relationships with clients.

What You Will Do


• Communicate with clients via chat, phone calls, and in person


• Present properties clearly and politely (scripts and structure provided)


• Organize and attend property viewings


• Support clients throughout the decision process


• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups


• Represent the agency with professionalism and care

No aggressive selling.

No misleading clients.

No chaos.

Who We Are Looking For

We are not looking for experienced agents.

We are looking for someone with:


• Pleasant, confident communication and a clear, calm voice


• Strong listening skills and empathy


• Attention to detail and responsibility


• Service-oriented mindset

Nice to have:


• Background in hospitality, hotels, concierge, airlines, premium service


• Conversational English (additional languages are a bonus)


• Comfort speaking on camera (not mandatory)

Career Path & Structure

Stage 1 — Training Period (3 weeks)

Schedule:

6 days/week, 12:00–16:00

Training includes:


• Property types and basic real estate knowledge


• Client communication scenarios


• Scripts, tone of voice, service standards


• CRM and workflow basics


• Ethics and premium client experience

Compensation:


• No base salary (training period)


• KPI-based training allowance upon successful completion


• Guaranteed transition to probation after passing training

No direct sales during training.

Stage 2 — Probation Period (1–2 months)


• Real client interaction


• Commission from deals


• Fixed monthly allowance for stability


• Ongoing mentorship and feedback

Stage 3 — Official Employment Contract


• Fixed monthly salary


• Commission as main income source


• Social Security (SSO)


• Health / accident insurance


• Paid leave according to Thai labor law


• Career growth to Senior or Lead Agent

Income


• Commission-based earnings are the main source of income


• Fixed salary provides stability after probation


• Income grows based on closed deals, not hours worked
