Requirements

  • 3+ years of QA experience in Agile teams
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies & testing principles
  • Experience in
    test automation using JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Familiar with
    Playwright, WebDriverIO, or K6
    (plus)
  • Experience with
    Shift-left testing
    &
    automation-first mindset
  • Good analytical skills and ownership mindset
  • Good English communication

Responsibilities

  • Execute manual & automated testing

QA Lead (01 position)

Requirements

  • 7+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years as QA Lead / Squad Lead
  • Strong ownership of
    test planning & prioritization
  • Solid foundation in
    test automation
    to reduce manual effort
  • Experience in
    mobile and backend/API testing
  • Ability to define and automate
    functional, regression, and smoke tests
  • Strong people leadership: delegation, risk management, mentoring
  • Good English communication
    for cross-functional work

Responsibilities

  • Lead QA strategy and delivery for squads
  • Drive test automation and quality standards
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor QA team members
