We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to monitor, maintain, and optimize our client's network infrastructure. You'll troubleshoot issues, support customers, manage escalations, and contribute to IT projects while ensuring high network performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer network issues.
  • Maintain network diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Support IT projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Participate in major incident management and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Provide internal IT support for network, data center, and system infrastructure.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT/networking roles.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN (TCP/IP), OSI Model, cabling standards, and data center infrastructure.
  • Experience with virtualized environments and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with network security technologies (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, DLP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Thai.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • IT networking certifications preferred.

  • Day/night shifts and flexible on-call schedules required.
  • Field or warehouse work requires PPE as needed.
