Sales Representative

Responsible for visiting industrial customers, presenting and selling laser machine products, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with internal and factory teams.
Responsibilities
- Actively visit customers at industrial estates to present, promote, and sell company products
- Conduct product presentations and prepare sales proposals
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close sales orders
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Coordinate with factory engineers and internal teams to support sales activities
- Accompany Chinese factory engineers during customer visits when required
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities
- Provide after-sales follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and regularly update sales activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales / factory-related sales
- Able to plan and manage customer visit schedules independently
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Chinese language skills will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and professional selling skills
- Service-minded, creative thinking, and willing to learn
- Own a car with a valid driving license
- Able to work up-country in industrial estate areas
- Able to accompany Chinese factory engineers when required
Salary & Allowance
- Base Salary
- Car Maintenance Allowance: 3,500 THB/month
- Living Allowance: 1,500 THB/month
- Fuel reimbursement: 5.5 THB/km (based on mileage or Google Maps)
- Expressway/toll reimbursed by receipt
- No sales commission
