Supervisor - Auditor & Asset Management

Job Highlights:-
- Manage fixed assets with accuracy and compliance to support efficient financial operations.
- Support financial reporting and analysis to deliver timely, reliable insights for decision-making.
Responsibilities:-
1. Fixed Asset Management – 60%
- Manage end-to-end fixed asset processes including addition, write-off/disposal, transfer, and monthly depreciation run.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and other related reports.
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and workflow in fixed asset management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (projects, purchasing, retail operations, IT) to ensure proper asset recording and control.
- Support annual fixed asset verification and reconciliation.
2. Financial Closing & Reporting Support – 40%
- Assist in period-end closing activities for assigned areas such as ROU (TFRS16), loans & leasing, provisions, and other related accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Prepare and review financial statement notes and disclosures.
- Perform variance analysis and provide explanation for fluctuations.
- Support external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in auditing, accounting or a related field.
CPA qualifications would be an advantage. - Knowledge of TFRS and Tax law.
- Experience in MS Dynamic365 or ERP is an advantage.
- Experience in Public Company is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
