Job Description – Sales Executive (Indian Market)
Location: Columbia Pictures Aquaverse, Thailand
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Head of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base in the Indian market (B2B and B2C).
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and school groups in India.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and present packages to business partners.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve assigned revenue targets.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Guest Services teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Represent the company at trade shows, roadshows, and travel fairs both domestically and internationally.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior in India to provide insights and suggest new sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
Proven experience working directly with the Indian market.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Hospitality, Theme Park, Travel, or Leisure & Entertainment industry.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Indian travel market and customer behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and trade shows.
Proactive, confident, and able to perform well under pressure.
