Transfer Pricing

In a role within our Transfer Pricing (TP) practice, you will be involved as part of our TP team assisting clients in TP compliance. Our team provides a variety of TP solutions, e.g. TP planning, TP compliance, TP documentation, advance pricing agreement, mutual agreement procedure, TP investigation/resolution, and TP advisory services. 

Job Description:

In the role of Senior consultant/Consultant, you will collaborate within our team of seasoned problem solvers, leveraging extensive consulting and industry expertise to assist clients in addressing business challenges spanning from strategy formulation to execution. Your key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

• Preparing Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation, benchmarking studies, advisory reports, and related works.
• Support the team in understanding and responding to client needs through direct client interaction.
• Establishing and nurturing effective working relationships directly with clients.
• Contributing to the enhancement of both your own and your team's technical proficiency.
• Staying well-informed about local and international economic conditions and news.
• Actively participating in business development initiatives, involving the identification and research of new or existing client opportunities.
• Assisting clients and the team in liaising with the Revenue Department.
• Perform any relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-3 years of transfer pricing/tax-related work experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or other business-related fields.

• Strong command of English, both verbal and written.

• Critical thinking skills and eagerness to explore tax-related knowledge (having knowledge in other tax areas is a plus.)

• Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in MS Office suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• CPA or TA qualification is a plus
