Senior Lawyer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Lawyer to join our Legal Team to manages corporate legal and compliance matters, including FBL and BOI. Drafts and reviews legal documents, supports client communications, liaises with government authorities, and assists the legal team with research and project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate legal matters across the fields of corporate law, investment law, including Foreign Business License (FBL) and Board of Investment (BOI) related matters.
• Draft and review legal advice, agreements, corporate documents, and correspondence, as well as interpret and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and official guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely, professional, and effective communication and delivery of legal services.
• Support and assist the legal team in carrying out daily tasks and delivering project assignments efficiently and accurately.
• Perform company secretarial and general corporate compliance work, including liaison with the Department of Business Development (DBD) and other relevant government authorities.
• Conduct legal research, monitor updates in laws and regulations, and ensure the company's ongoing compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law from an accredited university.
• Attorney-at-Law License issued by the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
• Notarial Services Attorney License (Notary Public).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal practice.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and regulatory laws, as well as related legal frameworks.
• Excellent command of written and spoken in Thai and English.
• Proficient in communication and coordination with government authorities, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
