Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT project and solution Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives, including enterprise application development using out systems and managing SAP HANA projects. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose automation strategies, and deliver efficient, scalable solution that drive operational improvements
1. Project Management
· Responsible the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including custom applications development and SAP HANA.
· Define project scope, schedule, resource plans and deliverables.
· Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Collaborate with external vendors, SAP Consultants, and internal stakeholders.
2. Business Analysis and Advisory
· Conduct stakeholder engagements to capture and analyze business requirements.
· Translate requirements into functional designs and propose digital solutions.
· Provide expert guidance on process improvements and automation opportunities.
3. Application Development
· Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Out Systems low-code platform.
· Implement robust business logic, UI/UX, data models, and system integrations.
· Ensure performance, security, and maintainability of the developed applications.
4. SAP HANA support
· Coordinate and manage SAP HANA migration planning and execution activities.
· Work with SAP specialists to ensure successful system migration, testing, and cut over.
· Oversee data validation, system performance testing, and user adoption.
5. Process Automation & Optimization
· Identify manual processes for automation and digitization.
· Develop reusable components, automation flows, and system connectors.
· Champion continuous improvement across IT and business units.
6. Quality Assurance & Documentation
· Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing.
· Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
· Provide support and enhancements post-deployment.
7. IT Business Partnering
· Act as a liaison between IT and business units to align technology solutions with business strategies.
· Understand departmental objectives and provide proactive technology recommendations.
· Facilitate business case development and IT budgeting for digital initiatives.
· Ensure clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and satisfaction throughout the IT project lifecycle.
8. Collaborate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies to build a high-performing team
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer or related field
2. More than 10 years of experience in IT Project delivery including software development and SAP project management.
3. Experience with SAP HANA platform, data migration Tools, or Fiori development.
4. Experience to RPA, BPM, or other digital transformation technologies.
5. Familiar with system design, process mapping, low-code development, and enterprise architecture.
6. Strong knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), SQL database, and system integration techniques.
7. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
8. Ability to work six days per weeks with a flexible day off, and two Saturdays off per month.
9. Ability to work in Samut Sakaorn Province, location near Samut Songkarm province.
Certifications in PMP/Agile, or SAP are advantages.
