Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze claim submissions, supporting documentation, and policy coverage.
  • Conduct investigations, including interviews and site visits, to determine liability and assess loss or damage.
  • Make informed decisions on claim settlements in line with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor junior claims adjusters, offering technical and procedural guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with policyholders, brokers, loss adjusters, legal advisors, reinsurers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in non-marine claims handling, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance principles, policy interpretation, and claims regulations.
  • Proven experience managing teams and handling complex claims.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
