WeNetworkAsia is expanding our Healthcare & Consumer recruitment practice in Thailand. We are seeking a high-calibre Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant to manage full-cycle recruitment and client development within a dynamic in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Consumer sector ( FMCG | Beauty | Retail).
This is a true 360-degree consultant role, offering strong autonomy, regional exposure, and a highly competitive incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Development & Account Management
Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts within Healthcare and Consumer sectors.
Act as a trusted recruitment partner, advising clients on talent strategy, market insights, and hiring trends.
Manage client briefings, expectations, and recruitment timelines professionally and commercially.
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
Lead full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, market mapping, candidate sourcing, assessment, and shortlisting.
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and provide consultative career guidance.
Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, negotiate offers, and close placements.
Market & Talent Advisory
Build strong understanding of Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Consumer talent markets.
Provide clients with salary benchmarking, competitor insights, and talent availability analysis.
Maintain an active pipeline of high-quality candidates across multiple functions and seniority levels.
Regional Collaboration
Work closely with regional colleagues across Asia-Pacific on cross-border searches and shared clients.
Support regional projects and contribute to WeNetworkAsia's market expansion initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience as a 360° Recruitment Consultant or Executive Search Consultant.
Exposure to Healthcare, Life Sciences, Consumer, or related industries is highly preferred.
Strong business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results.
Good fit with entrepreneurial culture.
Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
