Job Details:

System Design & Solution Architect

  • Design integrated security system structures including CCTV (IP & Analog), DVR, NVR, and Video Management System (VMS).
  • Plan and deploy modern technologies such as AI Box, Video Analytics, and Edge Computing connectivity to a central location.
  • Create system diagrams and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) suitable for the project site.

Technical Pre-Sales & Compliance

  • Analyze TOR (Terms of Reference) and customer requirements to create Spec-in and compare equipment specifications (Comply Spec).
  • Provide in-depth technical information (Product Knowledge) to the Sales team to assist in presentations.
  • Prepare technical proposals and answer technical questions from customers.

Implementation & Technical Support

  • Oversee the installation and configuration of Network, Server, and Storage systems related to CCTV to ensure stable operation.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues. (Advanced Troubleshooting) in Hardware, Software VMS, and Network systems.
  • Check signal strength and performance of equipment such as Managed Switches, Server Performance, and Connectivity.

Leadership & Mentoring (Team Management)

  • Control, supervise, and provide technical guidance to Engineers and Outsource personnel within the team.
  • Plan preventive maintenance to ensure system availability 24/7.
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Overtime or weekend work is possible in case of emergencies or urgent projects.
  • 1-year contract with renewal consideration.

Applicant Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in CCTV/VMS systems (for Senior level).
  • Expertise in network systems (TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing & Switching).
  • Excellent management of Windows Server and virtualization systems.
  • Proficient in VMS software (e.g., Milestone, Genetec, HikCentral, BVMS, or other leading brands).
  • Understanding of AI Box technology, Deep Learning, and Metadata Search.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to work in other provinces in some cases.
  • Completed military service.
