Responsibilities:

  • Control for Transmission part quality inspection and measurement.
  • Manage section overall KPI, S Q C D M for assembly process inspection.
  • Monitoring quality concerned incoming part and promote an action.
  • Support and training to incoming, sorting part supplier and confirmation part inspection.
  • Control and follow up overall calibration to be as plan.
  • Follow up productivity, Kaizen activity and coaching the team.
  • Review and improve working standard for each production process.
  • Monitoring and lead regular process review and improvement incoming process (By PDCA).
  • Actively participate in any/all continuous improvement activities.
  • Actively participate in training sessions And training the team.
  • Report inspection result to manager.
  • Others duties assign by manager.

Required Qualification/Experience :

  • High Vocational Certificate level or above.

  • About 5 year up for experiences of Automobile Parts Manufacturing.

  • Experience inspection and check parts.

  • Knowledge of Measurement tools.
  • Microsoft Offices.
  • English skill is good.
