The opportunity

Divana Wellness Company Limited is seeking a talented Product Planning Specialist to join our team at our state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Rama 3, Bangkok. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and effective production and delivery of our premium wellness products.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet demand forecasts and sales targets
  2. Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to optimise workflows and minimise downtime
  3. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product line expansion and process improvements
  4. Oversee the creation of production schedules and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery
  5. Identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues in the manufacturing and distribution process
  6. Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and productivity
  7. Provide regular reports and analysis to the management team on production and inventory metrics

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar product planning or production management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  3. Proficient in using production planning and inventory management software
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  5. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
  6. Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
