Key Responsibilities:

Operational Application

  • Support the daily operation of non-SAP systems.
  • Assist in monitoring system stability and performance.
  • Coordinate technical troubleshooting, upgrades, and vendor management.

Solution Design, Integration & E2E Business Process Alignment

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders in the Operation and Manufacturing domains.
  • Create clear and concise documentation, such as business process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with users to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contributes to the preparation of functional specifications, test scripts, and related documentation.

Low-Code / No-Code (LCNC) & Power Platform Enablement

  • Support the identification of opportunities for workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Assist in developing and testing simple LCNC solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Follow governance and best practices for citizen development.

Change & Incident Management

  • Assist in evaluating change requests and their potential impact.
  • Participate in incident analysis and support the implementation of preventive actions.

Process Improvement & Technology Enablement

  • Support the identification of digital improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in testing and implementing new technologies as part of transformation initiatives.
  • Provide input for the Operations IT roadmap based on daily operational findings.

Knowledge & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a point of contact between IT and Operations for routine non-SAP technology matters.
  • Assist in providing training to end-users.
  • Help maintain documentation for system configuration and process flows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT systems, Business Analysis, System Implementation.
  • Basic understanding of business processes in a manufacturing environment, Data summarization skills, and Business process mapping and requirement gathering techniques.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and LCNC tools.
  • Basic knowledge of IT support and incident management.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
