Job Description
- Conduct research and develop pharmaceutical formulations or various health products in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure feasibility for large-scale or commercial production.
- Prepare and review research and development documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform product quality testing—physical, chemical, and functional—to ensure compliance with pharmacopeial standards.
- Stay updated on scientific information and new regulatory requirements to ensure formulation development aligns with international standards such as PIC/S, GMP, and FDA.
Qualification
- Male/Female, 23 years old or above.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Open to new graduates.
- Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Able to work overtime based on job urgency.
- New graduates are welcome.
