Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements from Product Managers and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications, user stories, and functional requirements.
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between Product Managers and the development team, facilitating backlog refinement sessions, clarifying ambiguities, and ensuring a shared understanding of sprint goals.
  • Analyze business processes and requirements to identify inefficiencies, functionality gaps, and opportunities to improve overall quality and system performance.
  • Create, maintain, and manage system documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, diagrams, and data dictionaries, to support development and ongoing system maintenance.
  • Apply modern analysis techniques to break down complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Produce clear, concise, and detailed technical documentation that can be easily understood by development teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders to ensure accurate, complete, and aligned requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development or product-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and translate business needs into technical language.
  • Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Notion) is a plus.
