Job Summary
The Logistics Trainee will support the logistics department in the efficient coordination and management of inbound and outbound materials, ensuring timely delivery and optimized inventory levels for our manufacturing operations. This entry-level position offers a valuable opportunity to learn the intricacies of supply chain management within an automotive parts manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of domestic and international shipments.
• Support inventory management activities, including tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and identifying discrepancies.
• Collaborate with production, warehousing, and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Learn and utilize various logistics software and systems for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Assist in preparing shipping documentation, customs declarations, and other necessary paperwork.
• Monitor and track shipments, resolving minor issues and escalating complex problems to senior staff.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Thai and a good command of English (written and spoken) is preferred.
• Prior internship or relevant work experience in logistics or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
