I. About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack React Native Developer with a strong background in mobile

architecture, backend integration, and mobile payment systems. The ideal candidate will lead

end-to-end mobile and backend development efforts, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-

performing applications across iOS and Android. Experience with Flutter is a strong plus.

II. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
  • Design and maintain mobile and backend architecture, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Integrate and manage secure mobile payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay,or local providers).
  • Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services , Express, or similar frameworks).
  • Ensure end-to-end data flow, security, and reliability between frontend and backend components.
  • Lead technical decision-making, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
  • Optimize app performance and implement CI/CD pipelines for faster releases.
  • Stay updated on emerging mobile and web technologies to drive innovation.

III. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of full stack development experience, with at least 3 years focused on React Native.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, , and React Native frameworks.
  • Proven experience as a Mobile or Full Stack Architect designing scalable, high-availability systems.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
  • Proficiency in REST APIs, GraphQL, and cloud services (AWS, Firebase, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with database systems (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
  • Experience deploying mobile apps to App Store and Google Play.
  • Excellent understanding of security, data privacy, and mobile CI/CD workflows.

V. Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Flutter (cross-platform mobile development).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures.
  • Experience in FinTech or mobile payment solutions.
  • Understanding of OAuth, JWT, and other authentication standards.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
