About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Innovation & Cybersecurity Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives and enhance IT security across our organization and its subsidiaries. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution—driving modern technology adoption, optimizing workflows, and ensuring robust cybersecurity standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital transformation projects and implement innovative technologies across the organization.
  • Manage and enhance ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) for all subsidiaries.
  • Deploy AI solutions (e.g., ChatGPT) and automation tools to improve efficiency.
  • Optimize workflows using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
  • Oversee IT security operations, mitigate vulnerabilities, and prevent cyber threats.
  • Ensure compliance with PDPA and internal IT governance standards.
  • Conduct IT audits in collaboration with the Audit Team.
  • Provide IT consultancy and support for critical business applications.
  • Prepare and present reports on security, compliance, system performance, and resource usage.

Qualifications

  • Solid and Strong proven experience in IT leadership or managerial roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of IT systems management experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and digital transformation mindset.
  • Expertise in ERP systems, Microsoft 365, AI adoption, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment to IT governance.

Technical Expertise

  • IT systems, network administration, and cybersecurity.
  • Microsoft 365 integration and workflow automation.
  • ERP management (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
  • AI and digital transformation strategies.
  • Cloud infrastructure, IT governance, and PDPA compliance.
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration.
