About the role

We are seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join our team at AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited in our Bangkok office. As the Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and guidance to our business, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This is a full-time position based in Bangkok.

What you'll be doing

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements and contracts
  • Advising on legal matters related to the company's operations, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Assisting with corporate and regulatory affairs, including corporate secretarial duties
  • Providing legal support and guidance to cross-functional teams
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with external counsel as needed
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar in-house legal role
  • Strong understanding of commercial law, contract law, and corporate governance
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Thai and English
