What We're Looking For

We're searching for experienced Project Engineers and Instrument Engineers who are not only technically skilled but take full ownership of the work they lead. This is a role for someone who thinks critically, captures key points quickly, communicates clearly, and consistently delivers high-quality results.

Your Role

As a key part of our engineering team, you'll:

  • Manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet both technical and business needs.
  • Identify key issues, extract relevant information, and summarize it clearly to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, keeping everyone on track.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through detailed reviews and proactive issue resolution.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes with transparency and professionalism.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in processes, documentation, and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in project or instrument engineering.
  • A mindset of ownership—you treat every project as your own.
  • Strong ability to analyze, organize, and present complex information clearly.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, with a solutions-first attitude.
  • Eagerness to keep learning and growing in a fast-moving tech landscape.
