Job Descriptions:

  • Lead the development and alignment of global tourism strategies to strengthen the organization's market positioning and revenue growth.
  • Forecast and analyze global travel trends, transforming insights into actionable strategic initiatives.
  • Endorse and oversee the execution of the overall tourism strategy, annual calendar, and budget to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Develop integrated strategies for global membership and tourism programs driven by data analysis and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to design and implement high-impact strategic projects that enhance customer engagement and spending.
  • Approve and monitor marketing and partnership campaigns, ensuring measurable returns on investment and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Ensure transparent communication and coordination of marketing plans and key initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish measurable performance indicators and evaluate project outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities, assess market performance, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, business development, or partnership management, with a strong strategic orientation.
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or strategic planning functions.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data and travel trends into actionable strategies that drive business results.
  • Advanced analytical capability in interpreting travel, consumer, and market data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in project management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Skilled in partnership negotiation and contract review with strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives under tight timelines.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
