Acrylic Adhesives
We are expanding our R&D team and seeking two experienced Adhesive Chemists to develop new and improved formulations for acrylic (water-based) and contact (solvent-based) adhesives.
You will work on product development, testing, and scale-up to support production and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and improve adhesive systems to meet performance and cost targets.
Conduct lab and pilot-scale trials, and record test data accurately.
Evaluate new raw materials and support QC, production, and customer trials.
Maintain R&D documentation under ISO and safety standards.
Provide technical support to internal teams and customers.

Optimize polymer emulsions, tackifiers, and rheology modifiers.
Test viscosity, solids, peel/shear strength, and open time.
2. Contact Adhesives Chemist
Formulate solvent-based rubber systems (CR, PU, synthetic rubber).
Improve tack, drying time, and heat resistance.
Evaluate alternate resins (C5/C9, terpene, phenolic).
