Job Description

  • Build strong relationships with teams, business users, and technical teams
  • Prepare designs and confirm functional specifications
  • Act as a business analyst, coordinating with business users to analyze requirements
  • Manage business conceptualization and rationalization
  • Develop detailed plans for requirement analysis and design
  • Analyze business processes and confirm end-to-end requirements
  • Develop new processes and support migration data processes
  • Perform impact analysis and develop implementation plans
  • Conduct functional testing and manage requirements throughout the lifecycle
  • Develop deployment plans, including training
  • Supervise team performance and conduct performance reviews

Job Qualification

  • At least 5 years experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst
  • ERP, OFSAA, Accounting and Financial background
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business and systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Strong leadership and development skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
