Business Analyst

Chulabhorn Royal Academy (CRA)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and design appropriate workflows and processes.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with system developers and related stakeholders.
  • Monitor system development and testing to ensure alignment with functional requirements.
  • Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and conduct user training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing system support and promptly resolve issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Fundamental knowledge of system analysis and business process design.
  • Ability to analyze user workflows and document process relationships clearly and accurately.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with enterprise information systems such as accounting & finance, budgeting, HR, procurement, or inventory systems.
  • Experience in IT system development projects or user requirements gathering is an advantage.
  • Internship or academic project experience in system analysis or business process design will be considered a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • English Proficiency Requirement (submit one of the following as per CRA criteria)

  • TOEIC 400+, IELTS 4+, TOEFL iBT 31+, TOEFL PBT 430+, CEFR: minimum A2, CU-TEP 45+

  • Test scores (valid within 2 years) must be submitted with the application or before the interview/selection date.
  • Candidates who do not yet meet the minimum score may still attend the interview; if selected, a qualifying score must be submitted within 180 days from the employment start date to complete the appointment.
  • Test scores must be issued by accredited and verifiable testing organizations.

Salary:

Remuneration will be in accordance with the Chulabhorn Royal Academy's salary structure and regulations.

Applicants with relevant work experience will be offered a salary commensurate with their qualifications and experience, following the Academy's criteria.
