The opportunity

Reporting to the Marketing Director, Pet Medical Group, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketing Manager to join the dynamic marketing team at Pet Medical Group. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's marketing strategy and leading the execution of impactful marketing campaigns to promote Pet Medical Group's innovative range of veterinary products and services.

Key responsibilities

  1. Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and drive sales growth
  2. Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events
  3. Collaborating with the product and sales teams to understand customer needs and create targeted marketing initiatives
  4. Analysing marketing performance data to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  5. Managing the marketing budget and ensuring efficient utilisation of resources
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
  7. Mentoring and leading the marketing team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of at least 5 years in a marketing management role, preferably within the healthcare or veterinary industry
  2. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
  5. Proven project management skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  6. Passion for the pet industry and a commitment to promoting the company's mission and values
