Responsibilities:

  1. Business Strategy & Planning

  2. Develop the overall e-commerce strategy for Thailand, including expanding potential sales channels beyond Shopee, LAZADA, TikTok shop.

  3. Define annual growth targets and category plans based on market trends and competitive insights.
  4. Manage budgeting, cost control, and profit objectives.
  5. Merchandising & Category Management

  6. Plan the product portfolio for Anime/ACG merchandise, including figurines, collectibles, badges, cards, blind boxes, models, and limited-edition IP items.

  7. Analyze user demand and trending IPs (e.g., Honkai: Star Rail, Genshin Impact, Jujutsu Kaisen) and develop new product introduction plans.
  8. Monitor product performance on a daily and weekly basis according to business needs (sales, inventory turnover, margin, exposure, product aging) and optimize assortment accordingly.
  9. Marketing & Growth

  10. Develop platform marketing strategies, including shop campaigns, platform promotions, livestreaming, and TikTok KOL/KOC collaborations.

  11. Drive user growth through acquisition, retention, membership programs, and fan community engagement.
  12. Lead Anime/ACG content marketing initiatives, including UGC, character-driven content, IP trend leveraging, and co-branded activities.
  13. Operations Management

  14. Oversee daily operations, including product listing, pricing, inventory management, customer service, and order processing.

  15. Coordinate with warehouse partners to improve fulfillment efficiency (SLA performance, returns/exchanges, packaging quality).
  16. Optimize store operations to improve conversion rates, traffic efficiency, and overall store ratings.
  17. Partnership & Supply Chain Management

  18. Communicate and collaborate with IP licensors and rights holders from Thailand and other countries (Japan, China, Korea).

  19. Track supply chain progress, including procurement, inbound arrivals, quality control, and inventory planning.
  20. Plan new product orders based on sales history, IP trends, and product strategies.
  21. Data& Analysis

  22. Analyze key business metrics such as GMV, margin, traffic, conversion, AOV, and inventory turnover.

  23. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and hot products in the Anime/ACG category.
  24. Prepare business reviews and actionable reports on a daily or weekly basis.
  25. Team Leadership

  26. Manage the e-commerce team, including merchandising, operations, design, content, customer service, and warehouse coordination.

  27. Set team KPIs, training plans, and performance evaluations.
  28. Establish efficient workflows and enhance team execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, International Business, Management, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years in E-commerce, with at least 2 years in team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the Thai e-commerce ecosystem (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
  • Experience in anime, gaming, or pop culture merchandise analysis is a plus.
  • Basic business English communication, Chinese is a plus.
