HRBP Director

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and execute human resources strategies across expatriate management, compensation design and optimization, talent development, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Manage affairs related to local government and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate company administrative affairs, optimize logistics support processes, and enhance operational efficiency
• Supervise environment, health, and safety (EHS) standards and initiatives, ensuring full compliance with local laws and Midea global standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR management; experience in manufacturing plant HR is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Thai labor laws and relevant regulations
• Hands-on experience managing expatriate employee matters.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to
• Lead in multicultural and matrix environments.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have)

• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage to enable effective communication with the HQ in China.
