We are expanding fast and looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Human Resources Officer
to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with people, keeping things organized, and supporting a dynamic work environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in a clear and structured manner
  • Handle payroll calculations, including salary, overtime, and deductions
  • Manage Social Security, withholding tax, and student loan (กยศ.) documentation
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, certificates, and leave forms
  • Coordinate with government agencies and submit required reports on time

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or payroll
  • Strong Excel skills, especially calculation formulas
  • Basic understanding of labor law, Social Security, and taxation
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage large volumes of documents
  • Experience with HRM or payroll software is a strong advantage
