3D Generalist ; Unreal Engine

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Generalist with a strong specialization in lighting and solid experience working in Unreal Engine. The ideal candidate should come from a professional animation or cinematic production background, capable of combining artistic vision with technical precision.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of 3D tasks including modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering.
• Design and execute cinematic-quality lighting setups that enhance storytelling, mood, and visual depth.
• Work within Unreal Engine to build, optimize, and render high-quality animated environments and sequences.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, CG Supervisors, and other departments to ensure visual consistency and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize assets and lighting setups for performance without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a 3D Generalist in animation, film, or game production.
• Strong artistic and technical expertise in lighting and rendering.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine (required); familiarity with Maya, Blender, or similar software is a plus.
• Deep understanding of production workflows and rendering pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Bangkok as part of a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
