  • Providing customers with information related to their medical condition, suggestions of appropriate medical professions and facilities , and insurance coverage options
  • Navigating customer to Preferred healthcare provider options and Coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure that appointments are scheduled.
  • Arranging for discount e.g. room & board, when they are discharged from the hospital.
  • Ensuring that patients are comfortable and checking on them regularly to ensure they have everything they need.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in healthcare related fields such as Nurse, Public health, Medical Technician
  • Work experience 2 years in medical industry (life insurance in preferable)
  • Good communication skills, Service mind and customer oriented
  • Basic computer skill including MS Word, Excel
