BRIEF OVERVIEW OF ROLE

SE21 is a pioneering interdisciplinary programme unique to Dulwich College International schools. It integrates:

• STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Entrepreneurship & Environmental Sustainability
• 21st Century Skills such as design thinking, collaboration, creativity, and digital fluency

SE21 is not a traditional subject - it is a learning philosophy and innovation platform. It bridges the gap between Design Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, and User Experience Design, encouraging students to think like designers, coders, inventors, and entrepreneurs.

The role will suit a dynamic educator to lead SE21 learning experiences that combine technical knowledge, creative thinking, and practical problem-solving. The postholder will inspire students to explore real-world challenges through hands-on projects, digital tools, and collaborative inquiry.

Post-holder Qualifications, Experience:

• At least two years post-qualification experience
• Bachelor or above degree is required
• PGCE or QTS are required
