Job Description

  • Handle the full recruitment and selection process: job posting, resume screening, conducting phone interviews (in Thai and English), and coordinating selection tests.
  • Summarize and report interview results to team.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain HR-related documents such as organization charts, job descriptions, line approver lists, employment contracts, and employee profiles.
  • Support recruitment-related events such as university job fairs and other recruitment activities.
  • Maintain and update the employee database.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Political Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related field.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and interview skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
