คุณสมบัติขั้นต่ำ

• มีความรู้และความเข้าใจด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารอย่างลึกซึ้ง
• สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีในการทำงาน
• มีความสนใจและ/หรือประสบการณ์ด้าน Amazon Web Services

Overview

Our Operations & Support team is dedicated to managing mission-critical systems for customer operations through modern, efficient technologies. We employ diverse tools and methods to ensure our clients' systems operate smoothly. Within the team, you'll gain hands-on experience handling issues related to Amazon Web Services and other vendors, ensuring we deliver optimal solutions to our clients. This leads to an exceptional cloud experience.

DailiTech seeks individuals who are passionate about problem-solving, work professionally with clients, and possess extensive technical knowledge. This includes expertise in Linux and Windows operating systems, system administration, networking, programming, security, and readiness to collaborate with application development teams to deploy systems to Production.

• What you will do - You'll manage operating systems, servers, and networks, create data visualization dashboards, and implement system upgrades. You must understand the architecture of assigned systems to plan and execute solutions professionally, both manually and through automation. Additionally, you'll develop scripts and programs to streamline processes.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of information technology and communications
• Strong English communication skills for workplace interaction
• Interest and/or experience in Amazon Web Services

• Specialized knowledge in systems, networks, or data security
• Expertise in Linux/Unix tools and software
• Track record of 24x7 system management with ticket-based issue resolution
