Role Description

Every role we have is cross functional with high growth. There's also a good mix of great work, and terrible work. That's just the name of the game.

This role is operations focused. Think customer support, admin, finance, general pick up anything that needs to be done. You'll be working directly with the founders and there's scope to build automation, learn automation, and learn some terrible Australian slang.

There is long term pathway for this role to be elevated to Chief of Staff.

Qualifications

  • To be honest. You just need to vibe well and speak English fluently. The rest can be taught.
  • 3-5 years operations experience
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work with strong personalities
  • AI curious is a must, AI profficient is a bonus
  • Proficient in processes, presentations, and modelling
  • We are in finance, so compliance and compliance based thinking is also a must
