Job Description

  • Provide consultation and general real estate services to clients
  • Present options for clients to leverage their real estate assets for investment loans
  • Handle investment loan processes, including collateral management and credit approval requests
  • Coordinate with relationship managers, internal bank departments, and appraisal companies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields in Real Estate
  • Minimum of 5 years in roles related to business analysis, or as a consultant/specialist/agent/broker in real estate
  • Strong understanding of real estate, property valuation, laws and taxation, and market mechanisms sufficient to provide initial consultation to clients
  • Ability to conduct business analysis and assess opportunities/risks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a service-minded attitude and punctuality
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Willingness to comply with organizational frameworks, while remaining flexible and creative in problem-solving when challenges arise
  • Interest in learning about banking loans and investment markets
  • Ability to travel to meet clients in Bangkok and other provinces
